in the interest of providing them with the data necessary to develop and
launch a small business successfully. Participants will be given information
that will assist them in identifying developing, managing financing and
sustaining a small business enterprise.

FIRST DAY:
Becoming an Executive Director and Structuring a Nonprofit Organization
Needs Assessment and Running a Nonprofit Organization
SECOND DAY:
Project Budget/Management and Record Keeping
Finding The Money and Grant Writing
Each participant should have a:
- Sense of purpose, focus
and directions for their business enterprise
- Complete financial picture readied in anticipation of seeking financing
- Content for a Business Plan
