Chicago Business Academy Educational Foundation, LTD was charted
in 1982 as a non-profit organization and received its 501(c)(3) status in
October, 1984.
ETD is an intermediary for the Small Business Administration's
Pre-Qual Loan Program, and is affiliated with the Department of
Commerce and Economic Opportunities, Illinois Small Business
Development Association, the South Suburban Small Business
Association and numerous financial institutions, South Holland

ETD has counseled more than 2,500 small, minority and women owned businesses; and provided technical assistance for approximately 500 businesses during start-up and expansion.
Within the past 5 years, ETD has assisted with applying for approximately $6 million in loans for 21 small businesses that are operating successfully today.
